🌰Joy Journey day 34 of 90🌰

Today I spent a lot of extra time very quietly - meditating, doing extra affirmations, and also reading Psalms. That's why this is being posted later than usual.

I knew the quiet time was working when BOTH my cats decided to sit on my lap at the same time while I was meditating. Also, a really, really great insight that I think might lead, in itself, to some big changes. I added a new affirmation related to this insight, too. And a lot of this is taking a step, which leads to the next step, and so on.
