🌲Joy Journey day 6 of 90🌲

Progress! By creating a "space for joy" rather than focusing on "I really need to DO more", I am already becoming more productive in my art and design. (Who would have thought?)

Still low moods at times, but much less often and much less intense. After all "the-thing-I-want-but-don't-(yet)-have" has not gone away, and in my down time, I can get to thinking about that! Better though, so much better. Last night I was able to switch to a different perspective pretty quickly.
